  • How long will the course take to complete?

    The Next of Kin Communications eLearning course takes approximately 60 minutes to complete. Participants may replay sections so some instances it may take longer.

  • How is the course delivered to participants?

    Once the names and email addresses of participants have been provided to MTI, they will be registered on the platform and enrolled on the course. Participants will then receive an email to the address provided with a link to setup their account and instructions on how to complete the course.

  • Can the course be completed on a smartphone or tablet?

    Yes, the course is fully compatible on any smart device.

  • Can participants start the course and then come back to it another time?

    Yes, the course can be completed in multiple sittings using the login setup when registering.

  • Once enrolled, How long do participants have to complete the course?

    Participants will have access to the course for one month from enrollment.
